“Price is one thing, but I think a lot of people, most people, you know, you look at the cell phone, they have and the car they drive, they want the best. And so when they say, you know, “I want the cheapest price,” does that really mean that you want to get what you pay for? So a lot of what we do with clients when we qualify and speak with them is to say, “listen, we understand you want the most competitive price that is a given without question, but what else is it that you need? And so that’s where we start diving into the, what coverages do you have right now? What type of perils might you face? Do you have those coverages to protect you against that? And so when we start to peel back the layers of that onion, we can understand that price is the concern, but there are also other needs that they have. And sometimes they’re not realizing that until we have that conversation and when we do that evaluation.”
